Can someone take a photo of the radiator valve please? It's the battery side of the radiator.

I can never remember which position is open / closed... so if someone could take a photo of it I would be very grafeful ;)

So if i put it horizontal then presumably the air will come out?

By the way, your headlight is missing a nut:

That looks like a manual adjustment for the headlamps rather than a headlamp retaining point?
Turn the bleed screw and it with come out to bleed the air,it wont come all the way out,or it shouldn,t!

Nope, definitely for holding the headlights. There are two at the bottom that are at the front (behind the grille plastic) and one inside the bonnet behind the light at the top.

The manual adjustment is performed on the electric servo adjuster itself - it has a small plastic nut so that you can adjust it with a spanner  If I ever get the old dog on the flaming road I'll come over and show you round the damned thing.

Don't ask how many times i've dismantled the front end of a ph2... i couldn't even guess now ;)
