No at the end in the wheel arches (which i think is the bn post you mention?) there is a screw that goes into a metal thing behind it.

These plastic things though.. you can't push them through - they snap! I suppose i could try gently tapping them through but i'm not hopeful. Do you know if they're still available as new parts? - i need to remove the plastic to grind the rust off the sils...
