Hi

The front seats normally have airbags however they are IMPACT triggered - the doors at the front of the car have to strike a trigger inside the seat to set them off. The wires you show are power supply lines (I think) to the electric chairs. I did ask you if your car has electric chairs but you have not answered - i even sent you an email asking you but no answer.

As for the photos, yes i recognise those wires but you have not shown photos of the SEATS. We cannot help if you will not show us the seats and what is underneath them.

This is what your driver seat should look like:

Does your driver seat look like that underneath? - If it does, then you see the two connectors you must connect (and data cables). If it does not, then the previous owner has fitted the wrong seats.

Hello!

No i don't have electric seats, i will upload photos of seats later, i just looked under the seats and there is absolutely nothing under them, seats doesn'have any electric. there are only two computers on the floor, under the plastic cover under the driver seat, and airbag computer under the another plastic cover under the passenger seat.
I don't see anywhere something like you showed in the picture above...
I don't have leather seats, like i said previous owner removed them...

Regards!

Well thats what those wires are for - the electric computer controlled seats.

Without them, the computer in your car won't know what its doing properly and you might get all sorts of errors / warnings.

I almost forgot to say, in the fusebox there are no fuses for the electric seats, there is no metal contacts in the fuse holders.
I can live without them, but i wonder why airbag warning light is on? because of mising airbags in the seats or what?
Sorry for such a many questions but i can't find any precise info on the internet, is there some service manual for the car like i have for my Renault 21?

Thanks!

Yes but this is rare to find in the UK (if you are in europe you may have better luck - safranes are still popular). In the UK, old renaults do not have long lives - the renault dealers seem to get rid of their old diagnostic equipment as soon as they can.

My local renault does not have XR25 anymore.

It's good that car use OBD2 not XR25, so my local Renault dealer have it...
I bought some universal OBD2 diagnostic but it only reads engine ECU, not airbag,ac,key, etc.
Anyway i have three buttons on the dash, near the clock: on/off, rep and dis. Are they for voice synthesizer? when i press any of them nothing happens? clock and temp are working...

XR25 IS used on the safrane for diagnostics.

OBD2 is interesting.. thanks, i need to check my ECU as it has raised a fault and the cooling fans do not work. I my neighbour has OBD2 reader so i will ask for his help. I did not realise it communicated with the ECU, I thought it only accessed the cars other systems as the manual speaks of XR25 all over the place.
