Assuming the car is stationary this one is pretty simple:

Charge the battery as it is flat. I've currently no idea what causes the computer to speak this message when the battery is in bad condition but it does.

It speaks AND logs a fault, the fault code is along the lines of ABS/Brake system module voltage low, often you will also get wheel sensor faults as well and the often unnoticed airbag module logs the same code (but the light stays off).

Often it still occurs on daily used cars with good batteries (my mrs Laguna 2 always logs the ABS controller computer voltage low).

Just as well I have a code reader to sort it out. :cool:
